Quinn Sullivan is heartbroken when she loses her boyfriend Trent in a tragic car accident. Then she reaches out to those who received his organs as a result of it, in hopes to heal. She hears back from some of them, but the person who received his heart doesn’t respond. She finally figures out that he is a 19-year-old named Colton Thomas. Quinn meets him, and then realizes that she has feelings for him as they spend more time together. What will happen when Colton finds out he’s been tricked into meeting Quinn?
